Services

1. After Sales Service Support
Full technical support through phone and on-site sevice 8:30AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.

2. Service Contract
This service shall provide for parts & labor services at the customer’s site, e-mail and telephone support for both hardware and operations. It also allows for 12 regular monthly preventive maintenance service and/or check-ups inclusive of four (4) general systems cleaning and calibration and one (1) system overhaul and unlimited service and/or repair calls for the Gerber Technology, Inc. system(s) equipment

3. Machine Relocation
Disassembly and re-assembly of minor and major parts of machine, full supervision during loading and unloading of machines, and final system testing and calibrations.

4. Machine Over-hauling and Reconditioning
During a System Overhaul service call, Synergy Engineers shall perform the following services:

  • System disassembly for individual component check-up, resetting and /or repair, cleaning,
  • and adjustment.
  • Complete contacts & switches cleaning and refurbishing.
  • System reassembly, dip-switches resetting, and full mechanical & electrical calibration.
  • Firmware resetting and check-up.
  • Software check-up and updating/upgrading (if applicable).
  • Full system final check-up & diagnosis after complete reassembly.
